The latest partnership between the West Midlands Metro and local organisations has been announced which will allow anyone going to see the British Junior Squash Open in Birmingham the chance to get 15% off an all zone ticket.

As we reported a few weeks ago, fares on the West Midlands Metro will be increasing from 2nd January 2026. This comes after a comprehensive fares review and is to help meet increased running costs.

West Midlands Metro pair 51 and 57 are running again without any advertising vinyls following the removal of their identical adverts for the Wicked For Good movie – so it wasn’t an advert which was “for good” after all!

The West Midlands Metro have become the latest UK tramway to refresh the “TWO LINES = STOP” safety campaign ahead of the opening of the Birmingham Eastside extension as far as Millennium Point.
