In Pictures: 272 loses water for homes

Article updated 13/7/24 with photos.

There has been another change of advert on Edinburgh Trams with the latest tram to swap advertisers being 272. Having previously advertised Scottish Water it is now promoting the West Craigs Village housing development.

This latest advert on 272 becomes its ninth different advert since it received its first in August 2017 for CR Smith. Following this it received its first of two for the Royal Highland Show (April-July 2019) before it changed to Audi (July 2019-July 2020), John Lewis (October 2020-May 2022), Royal Highland Show (May 2022-July 2022), ESPC (July 2022-October 2023) a full wrap for OVO Energy (October 2023-March 2024) before Scottish Water (March 2024-July 2024).

Its new advert is for the West Craigs Village housing development in West Edinburgh which is being sold by Cala Homes. This includes detached, semi-detached, terraced homes and apartments with prices starting at £245,000 for a 2 bed apartment and rising to £699,995 for a 5 bedroom house.

As with the last new advert we saw in Edinburgh, this one features a white background and as always with the standard partial style seen on the trams in the Scottish capital it does include full height adverts on two sections of the seven section trams.
