We brought you the news a few days ago about the new advert on Manchester Metrolink 3030 and now we bring you a photo of the advert! Now advertising Pension Bee the tram received the vinyl wrap during April 2022 with the being the first new advert of 2022 on Metrolink.
It may be the first new advert of 2022 but its not the first advert of all time for 3030 which previously carried a design for Capital FM between June 2018 and February 2019.
With 3030 receiving this advert there are now seven trams with full vinyl wraps (plus a few more with additional vinyls on their standard fleet livery). The seven adverts are:
3030 – Pension Bee
3064 – USDAW
3066 – Clean Air Manchester
3069 – IKEA
3075 – The Trafford Centre
3076 – NOCCO
3117 – Lifebuoy Soap
12th April 2022 and 3030 was on The Trafford Centre service. We see it approaching Imperial War Museum with a service for Cornbrook. (Photograph by blackpool_trams, 12th April 2022)
