Fuel protests across Ireland have caused major disruption in the country with Dublin particularly hit hard. This has led to services on Dublin’s Luas Green line being severely disrupted, with the first disruption taking place on Tuesday 7th April 2026 and continuing since.
UKTram’s Light Rail Operators Committee (LROC) have met again, this time in Edinburgh where the city’s tram network hosted representatives from across the UK. Once again it offered a valuable opportunity for operators to engage in open discussion and share insights.
Manchester Metrolink 3094 has receives its fourth advertising livery, and its first since November 2025, following the application of vinyls for Boots. But the total number of adverts on trams in Manchester has not changed as 3091 is now back in fleet livery.
