Manchester Metrolink 3094 has had a change of advert following the expiration of a contract to advertise Boots. And its new sponsor is a company its already had an association with as its now advertising Red Bull for the second time in a year!
It was June 2025-November 2025 that the tram was last advertising Red Bull and it’s a month earlier for this year’s campaign with the tram receiving a different set of advertising vinyls for drink.
Last year it promoted Red Bull Summer Edition White Peach whilst this years it Red Bull Zero “Zero Time to Spare”. It once again features the familiar Red Bull cartoon characters across the vinyls.
The new Red Bull advert replaces a design for Boots which had only been applied in April 2026. Previously the tram has also advertised Olivia Burton London (May-September 2019) and NOBL Water (August-November 2025).
Another recent advert to be removed is that for Xero on 3102. These vinyls (applied end of March 2026) were taken off at the start of May 2026 and the tram is now back in fleet livery.
3094 stands at St Peter’s Square working as a double on a service to Shaw & Crompton.
