Edinburgh Trams are looking to recruit some new Ticketing Services Assistants (Ticket Inspectors to you and I!) to join their Customer Experience Team. This role is full-time and is shift based with all duties starting and finishing at Gogar Tram Depot.
HR Manager at Edinburgh Trams, Sue Bucher, said: “After an overwhelming response to our recent Driver recruitment campaign, it’s exciting to be able to start recruiting for our customer facing roles, too. We have a thorough recruitment and selection process in place, but also a rewarding training and development programme for successful candidates. What’s more, after passing your six-month probation period, you will be eligible to apply for internal vacancies including Team Leader or Tram Driver roles.”
The main responsibilities of the role include delivering excellent customer service, while protecting revenue for the organisation by ensuring everyone on board has a valid ticket, smartcard or mticket.
