AtkinsRealis become UKTram member

AtkinsRealis have become a member of UKTram, adding their extensive engineering, project delivery and systems integration expertise to the growing community.

AtkinsRealis works across the full lifecycle of light rail projects, supporting clients from early-stage planning and business case development through design, construction, commissioning, operations and long-term maintenance.

James Hammett, Managing Director of UKTram, said: “We’re delighted to welcome AtkinsRealis to UKTram. The multi-disciplinary capabilities of AtkinsRealis cover track and civil engineering, traction power, train control and depot facilities, alongside advisory, procurement, testing and commissioning expertise. One of their key focuses is intelligent integration, considering how the different physical and digital elements of a light rail system will work together from an early of a project.
