In Pictures: Trams and lions in Sheffield!

The latest art trail in Sheffield and the surrounding area in support of Sheffield Children’s Hospital Charity has arrived with a pride of 150 lions to be discovered! And the fact there are now various lion sculptures in place means there is the opportunity for new photo opportunities. Stuart Cooke was quick off the mark to try out some as we have our first ever addition of “Trams & Lions”!

Across the road from the tramstop at Cathedral we see “Sheffield Shishi (Yang)” looking fearsome as 121 passes in the background.

There are lions, lionesses and cubs in place and this is one of the lionesses: “FeLion Fantasia” at Castle Square. This time its 117 seen beyond.

At the other end of Castle Square is “She Lives Here” which looks as its keeping an eye on 106!

Another lioness looks on at Cathedral with 107 at the stop. This lioness is called “Untamed”. (All Photographs by Stuart Cooke)
