The monthly Seaton Tramway newsletter has again been released and as always it gives us details of which trams have run during the previous month. And with the season starting to really ramp up its probably no surprise that the three biggest capacity trams lead the way.
And its no. 11 which takes pole position with it having recorded 984 miles during April – with equates to 164 trips up and down the 3-mile long line!
Its then 10 in second place with 906 miles and the podium positions are completed by 9 which managed 888 miles during April.
Of the normal operating fleet, 6 is still out of service with its overhaul and repaint having continued but outside of that 8 comes in last place with it only having managed to operate 24 miles during the month. The only other tram not to have run at least 100 miles was 19 which recorded 42 miles.

- Seaton Tramway is now open daily until Sunday 1st November 2026. The Yellow timetable (1000-1600) is currently running weekdays with the Blue timetable (1000-1700) in operation weekends (and during the May half-term holidays).
