One last look in “Picture in Time” at the South Yorkshire Supertram system with another image from 2007.
This is Siemens-Duewag tram 113 which is seen at the ever popular location of Cathedral. According to the destination display its working a Yellow route service to Meadowhall but is actually on the side of the line heading to Middlewood!
The tram is seen in the white Stagecoach livery. As we’ve seen over the past few weeks it’s the latter version with the deep blue skirt.
Of note the tram tells us that a Megarider will cost you £9.50 for an all week ticket. Today a 7-day ticket would cost you £20 on the tram or £18.50 in advance.
