Around the World in Trams: Stockholm 210

Another edition of “Around the World in Trams” as we return to Stockholm.

Its back to the heritage tram line in Stockholm for this image as we see no. 210 working on line 7 to Norrmalmstorg. The tram is carrying an orange and white livery which is had when it first moved to Stockholm, but has since been replaced by a blue and white livery.

210 was built in 1953 for Oslo in Norway and would remain in service there until 2005 when it was transferred to Stockholm. It’s a SM83 which was modernised from a SM53. Although remaining in Stockholm in 2026 it is now classified as being out of service.
