European Light Rail Congress 2026 programme announced

The full agenda for the European Light Rail Congress 2026, which takes place in Tenerife on 11th and 12th March, has been confirmed by organisers Mainspring. The congress will bring together senior leaders, operators and technical specialists to examine sustainability, operational efficiency and asset management.

Amongst some of the speakers will be Samantha Murat from KeolisAmey Docklands who will be presenting on “Thinking like a customer”. Tim Bilby from UKTram will also be speaking on “Light Rail Innovation and UKTram”.

Other topics to be tackled include digitalization, network resilience and international case studies and there will also be a technical tour by tram around the local network.
