As we stop to pause at 11 o’clock on the 11th day of November to remember those who have made sacrifices in conflicts across the world we feature a tram with an armed forces connection on the Blackpool Tramway. HMS Blackpool is based on a frigate which was once used by the Royal Navy and now features adverts for the Navy. With screens on North Pier showing a field of poppies and the words Lest we forget the illuminated feature car is operating a northbound illumination tour on the evening of 8th November 2024.
