Events this week…

No doubt what the highlight looks set to be this week as it’s the annual enthusiasts event at the Crich Tramway Village, this year running for two days and titled Electric Tram Weekend. But there are other things going on as well to suit most tram tastes.

Crich Railways Walk

Something a little bit different as you can take a guided walk with local historian, Trevor Griffin, around the surrounding Crich area to see some of the lines which were once to be found.

Friday 13th September

Take a tram to Little Bispham whilst eating your fish and chips.

Seaton Tramway

Get on board the Bird Watching Tram and see what you may see along the Axe Estuary.

Model Tram Exhibition

Saturday 14th & Sunday 15th September

Seaton Tramway

The Tramway and Light Rail Society visit Seaton station with a free exhibition. The weekend will also be the first chance to see tram no. 23 following its return.
