As the year continues to progress more heritage trams have now run for the first time this year and so its time for another update. Since we last had an update there have been high-profile returns such as Newcastle 102 at Crich whilst the Manx Heritage Transport Festival also saw a number of cars run for the first time this year. Summerlee Museum
The tramway is currently closed and has not run since late 2022. However, in a recent post on the Summerlee Museum Facebook page it was said: “the electrical issue has been resolved and we are now in the process of recruiting the competent person to get the tramway back in operation”.

Wirral Heritage Tramway
The tramway remains closed during the takeover of the Museum and Tramway by Big Heritage.
Information is believed correct up to and including Sunday 11th August 2024. This list is intended to show those trams which have run in some form of passenger service during 2024 (and thus does not include those on test/driver training) and is as accurate as possible, although errors may have occurred. Various online sources and information sent directly to us have been used to collate this information.
