Beamish is the location for this edition of “They Ran in 2019” and its one of the resident trams which features – Sunderland 16.
This fully enclosed is one of the most used at Beamish over the years with a high capacity and cosy interior making it ideal for all weathers at the museum.
On 13th April 2019 we see Sunderland 16 here approaching the Town with a full load of passengers.
Same day but later as 16 rounds the tramway circuit with a car passing by on the inside.
