Bryan Grint paid another visit to the East Anglia Transport Museum on Sunday 23rd August 2026. On this day the tram service was operated by Amsterdam 474 and London Transport 1858 but it was possibly on the trolleybus side that there was a bit more excitement with open top Bournemouth 202 in action along with London Transport 260.
Amsterdam 474 is seen in this photo just about to pass the main trolleybus depot. Its come out of the woodland tramway and will now make its way down to Chapel Road again.
With an apt destination display telling us it’s a “CIRCULAR SERVICE” unique Bournemouth 202 is popular on top as it too passes the trolleybus depot. The trolleybus hasn’t seen a huge amount of use so far in 2026 but has now returned to action and is always a popular one when in service.

London Transport 260 waits at Chapel Road for its next working.
