In Pictures: Irn Bru advert on Edinburgh Trams 267

Edinburgh Trams 267 has now received its 14th different advert (and second full wrap) with a design for Irn Bru, the latest quintessential Scottish brand to choose the trams to promote their goods. You won’t be able to miss the tram in its new livery with it being a bright orange – to match the colour of the drink!

This new advert is in the usual full wrap style with the tram covered in vinyls with this extended to window vinyls on sections three and five of the tram. The advert tells us that its “RUNNING ON RAILS. MADE FROM GIRDERS”.

267’s new advert replaces its only previous full wrap which was for Aegon (since August 2025) and comes after 12 other adverts which started back with C R Smith (not many trams didn’t start there of course!) in September 2017. Other advertisers have been EE 5G, Spotify, Johnnie Walker visitor attraction, St James Qaurter, Tennent’s Lager, Edinburgh International Festival, Hello Fresh, BT, Johnstons of Elgin, Royal Highland Show, and Edinburgh International Festival (again!).

The bright orange vinyls certainly stands out as it heads through Edinburgh Park.

Another shot of the tram as it arrives at Edinburgh Park Central. (Both Photographs by blackpool_trams, 8th July 2026)
