Across the Irish Sea to the only operational tramway in Ireland for this latest pictorial article. These photos are of Luas in Dublin with the images captured by Alan Absolom on a visit on 10th May 2026.
5034 – which is carrying adverts for Sky – is seen on Dawson Street as it passes Royal Hibernian Way which is one of most popular shopping areas of the city centre.
In a full wrap advert for Monzo we see 5041 arriving at Dawson. This stop only opened in 2017 as part of Luas Cross City which was an extension of the Green line.
Another advertising livery is seen in this photo as 5039 is also noted at Dawson. The tram is advertising Bank of Ireland.
5003 is off to Broombridge when it passes the lens of the camera on Dawson Street. The tram is mainly in fleet livery but does have the addition of adverts for Daft.ie which is property website. (All Photographs by Alan Absolom, 10th May 2026)
