We continue with “Picture in Time” and its another photo from South Yorkshire.
Over the years its not only been about the (many variations) of fleet livery on the South Yorkshire Supertram network but also advertising liveries. One of those was this design for Thomson Fly which was publicising low fare flights from Doncaster Sheffield. Carried on 106 between May 2006 and February 2008 this has been the only full advert to be carried by this particular tram.
This photo was taken at Cathedral on 9th June 2006 and shows the tram working on the Yellow route to Middlewood.
