“Around the World in Trams” continues with another trip to Bratislava.
This cheery advertising livery is on 7110, a tram which started out in 1977 as a Tatra K2 but by the time this image was taken had been modernised as a Tatra K2S (the modernisation took place in 2001). Now back in standard fleet, 7110 remains in service in Bratislava in 2025.
There are now 20 remaining Tatra K2S in service in Bratislava, plus one further example which is a museum vehicle.
