Let it snow! The white stuff hits Metrolink

The first snowfall of the winter arrived in time for some picturesque shots of Manchester Metrolink on Sunday 17th January. Although only a light dusting fell on Greater Manchester causing no real issues for Metrolink services Steve Kemp was out and about with his camera capturing the action shown in this pictorial special…

3005 at Sale Water Park with a service for Cornbrook.

Another shot at Sale Water Park this time showing 3071 with a service for the Airport.

3005 is seen close to Shadowmoss with a service back to Cornbrook.

3070 arrives at Newhey with a service for Exchange Square.

Its snow joke at Shaw & Crompton as 3070 departs on its way to Exchange Square.

Our last snowy view is at Rochdale Town Centre and shows newly into service 3109 waiting for departure. (All Photographs by Steve Kemp)
