We go back to Washington DC again for this edition of “Around the World in Trams”.
By a quirk of the photos we’ve used in this series of photos from Tacoma so far we are going up sequentially in number and this time we take a look at Brookville Liberty tram 2003 at the City Old Hall stop. Beyond the tram and stop is the harbour at Tacoma. This is one of the USA’s main harbours on the West Coast and back in the 19th century it rivalled Seattle for importance.
Built in 2022, 2003 remains in service to this day and at the time of this image was in an advertising livery.
