The weekend of Saturday 30th September and Sunday 1st October will see further engineering works taking place on Dublin’s Luas network. This time it’s the Red line which will be affected with the work due to take place between Blackhorse and Heuston stops.
On these dates a service on the Red line will only be running from Tallaght/Saggart to Blackhorse and from Heuston and Connolly/The Point with a replacement bus service due to run every 15 minutes from Blackhorse to Heuston (although due to limited bus set down areas this will not be able to serve all stops).
The work taking place will see the rails being repaired and Luas are warning any locals that this may be noisy at times.
The Green line will run as normal throughout with the Red line resuming services first thing on Monday 2nd October.
