Teenage girl taken to hospital after being hit by tram in Sheffield

A 15 year old girl remains in hospital after being hit by a tram close to the Woodbourn Road tramstop on Sunday 22^nd June 2025. She was hit along with a 17 year old boy at the junction with Staniforth Road with both taken to hospital. The boy suffered only minor injuries but the girl is reported to be in a stable condition with serious injuries and remains under treatment. South Yorkshire Police are investigating and have made an appeal for witnesses or anyone with CCTV or dashcam footage to get in contact.
