In this edition of “Trams &” we are off to South Yorkshire as we see another bus alongside a tram at the Halfway terminus on Supertram.
In this photo the tram part of the image is Siemens-Duewag 118. This tram is in an advert for Pretty Little Thing.com – one of two trams to carry these vinyls, the other being 111, and sits at the single platform terminus getting ready to head back towards Sheffield and then beyond the city centre out to Malin Bridge.
On 4th September 2021, 118 was joined by Stagecoach bus 12172 in the standard Stagecoach bus livery. An Alexander Enviro 400 the bus is preparing to head off with a route 120 service to Ranmoor. Another Stagecoach bus is seen behind just arriving at the tram/bus interchange.
