One Ticket now valid on Edinburgh Trams

“One Ticket” can now be used to travel on-board Edinburgh Trams following the addition of the trams to the modes of transport you can use this ticket on. Previously only valid on buses and trains in East Central Scotland, the ticket became valid on Edinburgh Trams as well from Sunday 30th August.

The ticket is only valid on Edinburgh Trams between Ingliston Park and Ride and York Place – the section to Edinburgh Airport still requires the higher fare to be paid – but there are various options for buses and rail travel for which trams can be added as well. The rail and bus version is only available to buy at railway ticket offices but other versions can be purchased online through a mobile app.

Day tickets, 7 day, 28 day and annual tickets are all available and more details on the products available can be found at https://www.one-ticket.co.uk/.

Tom Neil, Finance Manager at Edinburgh Trams, said: “We are excited to be able to accept a new product and give greater choice to One Ticket customers looking to travel around Edinburgh.”
