The second of three Volks Electric Railway cars which were sent away to Alan Keef Ltd in Ross on Wye has returned to Brighton. No. 6 made the trip back to the Sussex coast arriving on 14th February 2018.
Sheeted over the trip 6 was offloaded directly from the lorry onto the railway and was then moved by the Simplex shunter into the main shed where it met up with its sisters once again. This includes no. 4 which had previously arrived back in Brighton from Alan Keef Ltd in the autumn.
Just one car remains in Herefordshire under restoration, that being no. 10 which is expected to return at some point in the spring.
