This week’s front page photo was taken on 8th June 2006 on the Midland Metro system and shows T69 04 as it approaches the stop at Jewellery Quarter. One of the 16 T69s ordered for the opening of the system this trams has now been scrapped having become surplus to requirements in the West Midlands. (Photograph by Gareth Prior)
