Metrolink disruption after two incidents in a day

Monday 12th February saw two incidents cause disruption on Manchester Metrolink. Both a collision on the Ashton-under-Lyne involving a car and a tram and a pedestrian being hit by a tram in the city centre saw tram services disrupted.

Passengers satisfied with Luas

A new survey conducted on behalf of the National Transport Authority has shown that Ireland’s only tram system, Luas, had the most satisfied passengers in the country with 98% of those surveyed saying they were satisfied with the service.

Car 6 returns to Volks Electric Railway

The second of three Volks Electric Railway cars which were sent away to Alan Keef Ltd in Ross on Wye has returned to Brighton. No. 6 made the trip back to the Sussex coast arriving on 14th February 2018.
