Volk’s Electric Railway welcomes ex-Southend car 9 back

There was a significant lorry move on Wednesday 7th June as Volk’s Electric Railway ex-Southend car 9 was moved to Brighton from Hassocks with plans in hand for it to be displayed during the 140th anniversary celebrations in August.

Volk’s Electric Railway services resume to Black Rock

The full Volk’s Electric Railway on Brighton seafront is running all the way from Aquarium to Black Rock once more following the completion of the work on the foreshore which has seen a shortened route running so far in 2022.
