In Pictures: More sunshine in Brighton on the Volk’s Electric Railway

In this article we make another brief visit to the Volk’s Electric Railway as the sun again shines on the line in Brighton. The 1 mile (and a little bit!) line runs on a 2 foot 8½” gauge and is powered by third rail. Whether it’s a railway or a tramway is a debate often to be had but it’s a seaside pleasure ride unlike any other and there aren’t many that are this close to the sea! Tony Sullivan is the photographer.
