Sunday 17th July saw the much anticipated opening of the second phase of the West Midlands Metro Birmingham Westside extension to Edgbaston Village – adding another three stops to the network. On that first day we see 39 having just departed from Edgbaston Village and now dropping down to the Five Ways underpass at the start of its journey to Wolverhampton St George’s.
