Nottingham Express Transit have joined the newly launched Green Rewards scheme which awards points to Nottingham residents for activities that reduce their carbon footprint. And they are offering prizes to the first 50 people to sign up to the scheme either online or through the app.
The scheme aims to support Nottingham’s ambitious target of being caron neutral by 2028. It is a joint initiative between Nottingham and Nottinghamshire Councils and the Universities of Nottingham to help local people save money and reduce the city’s carbon footprint at the same time.
The first 50 people who sign-up will be given a NET bamboo reusable travel mug and a packet of seeds to plant at home as a reward for signing up to the scheme.
