Manchester Metrolink 3061 has now returned to fleet livery following the removal of advertising vinyls for Skechers. The vinyls were removed from the tram in mid-October 2025.

Manchester Metrolink 3056 has become the latest tram to return to service after a prolonged period out of use with its first passenger use for almost seven months coming on Thursday 16th October 2025.

An 11-year-old boy was taken to hospital with life-changing injuries after he was hit by a tram on the Metrolink Manchester Airport. The incident happened at approximately 1540 on Wednesday 7th October at Crossacres tramstop.

It is a case of one in and out advert wise for Manchester Metrolink as 3092 is the latest tram to receive a new wrap whilst 3095 loses its long-standing advert for the Coronation Street Experience.

October will see more engineering work taking place on the Manchester Metrolink network. This is mostly at weekends although there will also a be a week-long closure during the October half-term break.

There has been another tram in Manchester which has lost its latest set of advertising vinyls, with 3117 noted now running in the standard fleet livery again.

The latest livery change to report on from Manchester Metrolink is that of 3102 which is now running in fleet livery once again after losing its advert for Bohomoon.
