In Pictures: One new advert as one advert removed in Manchester

It is a case of one in and out advert wise for Manchester Metrolink as 3092 is the latest tram to receive a new wrap whilst 3095 loses its long-standing advert for the Coronation Street Experience.

3092 is now advertising Cuervo Tradicional Tequila, which is apparently “The Tequila that invented Tequila”. The advert is of the usual Metrolink style which includes the very end of the trams retaining fleet livery whilst the remainder of the tram has advertising vinyls. The second set of windows on each section of the tram also includes vinyls.

This is the third advert that 3092 has now carried and comes immediately after an advert for Primark which had been applied in September 2025 (we’re not sure whether its saying that after a trip to Primark you need a stiff drink!). The other previous ad for the tram was for Starling Bank July-August 2022.

Meanwhile, 3095 is now back in normal fleet livery after its advert for The Coronation Street Experience. This advert had been applied in great fanfare back in June 2024 and at the time was said to be in place for a year, although that was obviously extended considering its now October 2025!

The new advert on 3092 as it leaves from St Peter’s Square on the way to Shaw and Crompton.

This advertising contract is another one with features internal adverts as well including this one of the roof.

And the now advert free 3095 is seen here at Etihad Campus. (All Photographs by Reece Hughes, 7th October 2025)
