The latest revised “How are we doing?” poster from the Tyne and Wear Metro has been released with this one covering the four weeks from 8th November to 5th December 2020.
If you take a look at these stats either comparing to the previous four weeks or the same period in 2019 then it is a positive picture as the % of trains reported as being on time was 81%. The previous four weeks was at 77% with the same four weeks in 2019 down as low as 65%. Obviously, there are many reasons why performance may have increased so much from 2019 but the fact that lower passenger numbers are being carried may well have some bearing.
The poster remains the revised version so reasons for poor performance still aren’t shown!
