Lockdown Walks: Edinburgh Trams 274

Another trip to Edinburgh for this latest edition of “Lockdown Walks” as we are once again at York Place.

Say one thing about the adverts that have been carried on Edinburgh Trams but they certainly add some much needed colour to the fairly plain livery – some more so than others! They have also helped with identification of some of the trams but then when there are multiple adverts held for the same company that doesn’t help!

In this view we see a Parabola adverted 274 just leaving York Place on 3rd April with a service which will run all the way through to Edinburgh Airport. The type of “all over adverts” seen in Edinburgh can be clearly seen in this photo with the entire length of the tram having adverts above the windows and then the third and fifth sections full height adverts, for most this has included full coverage of the windows.
