Second of latest batch of trams for Luas enters service

The second of the seven longer 55 metre Alstom Citadis trams delivered to Dublin in late 2017 has now entered service. The tram was first used on Tuesday 20th February and, as with the first tram which entered service earlier in the month, is being used for morning peak services in order to boost capacity on the Green line. The remaining five trams will enter service over the next few months.
