I know buses aren’t your focus, but to correct the picture of the two double deckers, both are Olympians and not Atlanteans and see new to London Buses, so were quiet on message for the event. The Blackpool one was the last bus from Eastern Coachworks in Lowestoft, the Ipswich one is believed to be a donor for the restoration.
Well I’m just glad I managed to identify that they were buses! I will admit fully I know very, very little about buses.
Have they ever done an all Trams out day? I’d certainly go for that, but never seen anything. I know they do a Trolleybus one (or certainly have done). Definitely missing a trick.
