Horse tram hit by van in Douglas

A horse tram was struck by a van on Douglas Promenade during the afternoon of Wednesday 4^th July. The Police undertook an investigation which entailed the road being closed and tram services suspended. No-one (including the horse) was injured in the incident although the van suffered minor damage.
