Trams &: Blackpool 167 & coach

Another edition of “Trams &” as we head to Crich.

On some days at Crich you may find some heritage vehicles on the museum street which don’t require the steel rails to move and that is the case in this photo. Outside The Red Lion (which has a handy lay-by for those visiting vehicles) we see Bristol MW 56 GUO which was on a private visit. This coach was built in 1961 and is in the colours of Royal Blue.

With the coach parked up, here we see one of the resident trams passing by. The tram is Blackpool Pantograph 167 built in 1928 and so some 33 years older than the coach but age doesn’t matter as both vehicles are still operational.

I think you mean the tram is 33 years older than the coach
