We move to 2011 for this latest Crich photo line-up. This was a small scale line-up to show future workshop projects and was a case of blink and you miss the full thing!
Again this line-up was formed at Enthusiasts’ Day which in 2011 was on 29th May. The purpose of this one was to show those trams which were set to enjoy some workshop attention in the near future. Three trams were to be included in the shape of Sheffield 510, Liverpool 869 and (very briefly) Berlin 3006.
We said it was a case of you had to be quick to get all three together and it seems that we failed on that count! This first photo shows two of the trams together before Liverpool 869 joined in the fun. On the left hand side is Sheffield 510 and then we have Berlin 3006 on the right.
With 3006 having been called back out onto the mainline our next photo shows 510 now joined by Liverpool 869. Both trams are just stabled in front of the workshop. (Both Photographs by Gareth Prior)
