The engineering works on Luas in Dublin keep on coming! This time it’s the Red Line being affected with overhead line works seeing a change to early morning services for a week before further works follow over the weekend of 16th and 17th October.
Thursday 7th to Friday 15th October
Overhead lines are being replaced on the Red line during this period which will mean the first tram from The Point westbound will run 20 minutes later each morning except for Tuesday 12th and Wednesday 13th October when normal services will run. There is no change to any other services.
Saturday 16th & Sunday 17th October
Engineering works take place on the Red Line over this weekend.
- There will be no trams between Heuston and The Point/Connolly
- Trams on the Red Line will only run Tallaght/Saggart and Smithfield
- A replacement bus will run Heuston to The Point but Connolly will not be served. This will run at normal Luas frequencies and a Luas ticket will be required to travel on board.
