In this article we are “Out and About” in Sheffield again as we take a look at some of the trams in service on the Supertram system around Hillsborough.
The newest livery on a tram in Sheffield is that carried by 112. Promoting the green credentials of the system this advertising livery was applied in June 2021. In this view we see the tram approaching Leppings Lane with a Yellow route service to Meadowhall.
The first day of August and the weather isn’t particularly summery! This is Hillsborough where we see the two different types of trams in action – on the left is Siemens-Duewag 106 with a Yellow route service to Meadowhall with Citylink tram-train 399 205 just about to depart with a Blue route service to Malin Bridge.
