In Pictures: New advert for West Midlands Metro 32

There has been a change of adverts for West Midlands Metro 32 with its year old ads for OLA being removed in favour of a new campaign for Brindleyplace. #rediscoverbrindley is a campaign reminding people that Brindleyplace is open for business again with its varied selection of bars, restaurants, retail, visitor attractions, accommodation, car parking and a luxury spa and fitness centre.

Whereas the previous advert for OLA saw a clash of colours between the blue of the fleet livery and the green of the vinyls, the new yellow ads for Brindleplace go a lot better on the tram and is sure to make 32 a distinctive addition to the tram fleet. As usual the advert includes a full heigh advert of the centre section with the other sections just featuring the vinyls above the windows. The yellow does also extend to the battery compartment.

This is the second advert to be carried by 32 with the OLA advert having been in situ since September 2019. OLA adverts on 25 and 27 currently remain in place.

The full advert is seen here on 32 as it makes the call at Corporation Street with a service for Wolverhampton St George’s.
