It is time for some more exercise as we go out for another “Lockdown Walk” in Manchester.
The tram featured in today’s image is M5000 3062 which was delivered to Manchester on 15th December 2012 but wasn’t to enter service until 5th June 2014. This long gap between arrival and entry into service was because it became a “Christmas Tree” for a time providing spare parts to keep the other members of the fleet running at a time when they weren’t easily available.
