Unfortunately, BBC Scotland got their facts wrong ! The News blog quoted Charlotte Square but trams don’t go there ! Perhaps an Edinburgh corespondant may like to advise where the collision actually occured ?

  2. Bigalasdair says:

Edinburgh Evening News, 13 March 2018 reports collision as occuring at the western end of Princes Street which is in the vicinity of Charlotte Square. Contradicting BBC News item, there is no Charlotte Street in the city.

  3. Bigalasdair says:

Understand from website Edinburgh Trams.info that collision occurred on Princes Street between West End Princes Street and Princes Street stops, in the vicinity of Charlotte Square.
