The majority of photos we include on this website feature the exterior of trams but in this article we take a look at the interior of Blackpool Balloon 717, a popular member of the heritage fleet on its home town tramway. Gavin Lindsay provides us with the pictures.
In this first view we take a look at one of the cabs. Fairly standard of Balloon Cars we see the drivers door open with the tip up seat visible along with the various controls. There is also a selection of Heritage Tram Tour leaflets!
Moving along to the centre platform and we look down towards the end of the tram. Swingover seats with the traditional and familiar Blackpool moquette. One of the staircases to the upper deck is also seen here. (Both Photographs by Gavin Lindsay)
