Seaton Tramway triumphs with two awards at Devon Tourism Awards

Its starting to become a bit of a habit for the Seaton Tramway. Every time they go to an awards ceremony they come home with more accolades and that is exactly what happened on 2nd February as they secured two more prestigious awards at the Devon Tourism Awards.

Seaton Tramway won a Silver Award in the “Large Attraction of the Year” category and a Bronze Award in the “Accessible & Inclusive Tourism” category at the ceremony with took place at Plymouth Argyle.

Jenny Nunn, Chief Executive of the Seaton Tramway, said: “We are thrilled to receive these awards and honoured to be recognized for our efforts in providing a unique and enjoyable experience for our visitors. These awards are a testament to the hard work and dedication of our team, as well as the support of our visitors, we look forward to continuing to deliver exceptional experiences for all who visit Seaton Tramway.”

The awards are a testament to the Tramway’s outstanding contributions to the tourism industry in Devon and their commitment to providing an unforgettable experience to its visitors. They follow on from the success of 2022 where they won Silver awards in both “Large Attraction of the Year” and “Accessible and Inclusive Tourism” alongside “Outstanding Attraction of the Year” at the Heritage Railway Association awards.
